Responsibilities
The Product Marketing Manager will lead the go-to-market strategy and product life cycle management of all product offerings and payments at CINC Systems
As a trusted partner of our Product Management and Development teams, this role ensures the development of a deeper market understanding of customer needs and buying preferences, improved value proposition, and messaging
Ultimately, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the overall product marketing strategy to drive awareness, adoption, and growth
Contribute to the development and execution of an annual integrated marketing plan by defining product marketing activity (e.g., content creation, sales enablement, market analysis, etc.) required to support upstream and downstream marketing efforts
Develop ongoing adoption plans to ensure the continued growth of new and existing solutions
Create and maintain messaging guide/solution playbooks to support the definition of, as well as the features, benefits, and associated value of, our products to guide the creation of client-facing assets
Build out the ideal customer profile and total relevant market of each product offering to inspire all incoming campaigns
Build and execute campaigns for new product launches and product adoption strategies
Work with third party agencies to develop compelling messaging and corresponding assets
Develop a sales enablement strategy, plan, and tools intended to communicate our products' value proposition and economic benefits to clients and prospective clients
Lead efforts with Product Management and Marketing colleagues to ensure that adequate tools, content, and training are developed alongside developing the product for conducting client presentations and demos
Participate in the preparation of business cases in support of new product opportunities
Collaborate closely with the Product Management and Development teams to ensure that unmet needs are addressed and market input is translated into market and, ultimately, product requirements

• Previous experience working with – and presenting in front of – senior executives.
• Experience in payments and fintech strongly preferred.
• Experience with CRM software and Marketing Automation (Salesforce and Hubspot preferred).
• Comfortable MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts) as well as Microsoft PowerPoint
