Product Marketing Manager at Greenway Health in Remote
Reporting to the Director, Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager will be a key member of the product marketing team, driving the messaging and positioning, solutions campaigns, sales enablement, and go-to-market efforts for our healthcare IT solutions. The successful candidate will own strategy for key components of Greenway Health's products and services. The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for developing product messaging for the deployment of new features and functionality for existing products as well as new products and serves as a subject matter expert relative to the sales positioning of each. Working closely with a variety of teams including sales, product management, operations and customer success, the Product Marketing Manager will oversee and create unique and consistently delivered messaging and assets to realize marketing originated bookings goals and sales revenue targets. EssentialResponsibilities:Develops and implements marketing plans and critical... initiatives to overcome business obstacles, drive market share & achieve sales targets, defining product pillar value proposition, key messaging, campaign approach, sales enablement and more. Leads tactical execution of product marketing strategy for Greenway's multi-channel marketing efforts, including media, website implementation, social engagement, and related digital drivers. Supports market analysis activities, identifying key segment value drivers, growth opportunities, product positioning & customer segmentation/targeting. Supports message and content development; collaborates with sales to ensure effective sales representative use of campaign materials. Leads regular meetings with sales leaders and brand team to solicit feedback on new promotional tools and programs, provide marketing updates, gather competitive intelligence, and drive ideation discussions. Collaborates with cross functional teams (e.g. legal, compliance, customer success, medical, sales, operations and learning and development) to ensure alignment on brand strategy and creates a sense of urgency to ensure rapid completion of prioritized initiatives. Identifies the relevant market facing positioning of key benefits of our products with the purpose of providing education to sales, marketing and other customer and prospect facing Greenway assets. Leads the development of print and interactive collateral and sales tools to promote the product features and functionality of each of the products including, but not limited to, providing technical content, illustrative thought leadership and competitive messaging. Provides subject matter expertise relative to our products for the purposes of designing campaigns, preparing RFPs, crafting articles in industry publications and internal sales training materials. Provides subject matter expertise relative to the competitive aspects of our software solutions. Also helps to develop competitive positioning and targeting of users or prospects of competitive solutions. Delivers product related presentations and demonstrations for the purpose of developing internal sales knowledge and lead generation. Skills & Requirements Education:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications; Masters preferred MinimumQualifications:Minimum of seven years of marketing experience in a corporate environment Skills and Knowledge:Experience managing product marketing strategy including customer segmentation, value propositions, key messaging, product positioning and client-centric story development Experience developing and managing marketing related to the entire product life cycle Experience creating and managing integrated marketing campaigns Ability to translate product and feature capabilities into easily understood messages that can be used for multiple purposes Ability to communicate product information in a concise and understandable manner that can be used by sales personnel to enhance their ability to sell Mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) Familiarity with SharePoint and website content management systems Experience with web analytics and media and social media distribution and tracking tools Must enjoy working with information that is technical in nature and could tailor that information for both lay and specialized audiences High emotional intelligence Experience managing third-party vendor relationships Proven ability to collaborate with, flex to, and support multiple stakeholder groups with competing priorities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Confidence and poise when presenting to and interacting with executive leadership Results-oriented and data-driven personality Healthcare or software experience a plusSalary Range:$150K -- $200KMinimum QualificationBrand Marketing & ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications
