Summary:
We are looking for an experienced contingent worker who can support our ongoing transformation on the Communications, Branding, and Employee Engagement fronts.
The role will join the Global Benefits Leadership Team (Global VP and Regional Benefits Leaders) to contribute and help further the team's agenda
Areas of Responsibilities:
Know Your Benefits (KYB) Communication & Branding Globally
Central point of contact between Benefits Leadership & Corporate Communications globally
KYB Plan Activation - engage with local site leaders to help activate the KYB events (already calendared). e.g. support the Benefits team globally to prepare key announcements for priority KYB events, to get the brand and message out
Regional Branded Communications - Help prepare or support (e.g. review drafts) in working closely with regional Benefits leaders to prepare priority branded communications (e.g. major program launches, Major Webinars on Financial & Emotional Wellness), supported by input from Corp Communications
Newsletter - Prepare a compelling KYB-branded Global Benefits Newsletter 6x/year
Coms Calendar - work with Corp Communications to maintain a Global Coms Calendar
Opportunistic ERG Communications Support - e.g. Pride/LGBTQ+ Support US Annual Enrolment (AE)
Play point of contact with our primary Benefits Marktg/Coms Vendor
Quarterback and work closely with both the US Benefits team , our Communications Vendor, and the Corp Coms team to plan for, prepare, and execute plan for engagement collateral - e.g. Mailers, Postcards, Benefits Summaries, AE Message library, AE Talking Points with HR Leaders, AE Related Emails, Executive Benefits Summary, Web Employee Engagement
Be the Primary Contact for our Website Vendor
Oversee a migration (with the Benefits Leadership team support) to a new vendor with improved web content & engagement capabilities
Streamline how the Benefits Content is presented on our website, to maintain relevancy
Candidate Requirements:
Fluency and grasp with expertise in the 3 priority areas of responsibility
Ability to engage with seniority

Ability to translate ideas into plans into outcomes
Strong people skills, EQ, and Empathy
Ability to work well across COE's
At least 10+ of relevant experience

Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
