Role Overview
The Associate Creative Director will lead the creative vision and execution of video game trailers, working closely with clients and internal teams to develop compelling narratives and visuals that resonate with gaming audiences.


Responsibilities
  • Lead the creative direction and strategy for video game trailer projects.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to integrate diverse perspectives into the creative process.
  • Develop scenes and scripts, guiding the game capture and editorial process.
  • Work closely with capture teams to refine shots and ensure high-quality creative output.
  • Utilize technical, creative, and franchise knowledge to solve complex creative challenges.
  • Network with industry leaders to stay abreast of current trends and technologies.
  • Ensure creative assets reach a presentable state for Creative Director approval.
Requirements (Skills & Experience)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience Creative Directing, with a focus on video game trailers.
  • Background in a video game ad agency, or similar environment.
  • Passion for video games and an understanding of gaming culture and industry.
  • Experience in crafting creative content, including scripting, editorial, and capture.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable.
  • Strong collaborative skills and comfort in a dynamic industry.
  • Open to constructive criticism and multiple rounds of feedback.
