We seek a talented Regional Marketing Manager to join our team and lead the marketing strategy for our campus student recruitment and communication initiatives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Identify and develop marketing opportunities across multiple channels
  • Ensure the proper execution of all aspects of the media plan specific to the assigned campuses
  • Serve as liaison between campuses and marketing teams
  • Oversees the development of campus programmatic lead budget and performance, including weekly lead forecasting and identification of solutions when lead budgets are not being met
  • Prepares and participates in strategic planning with admissions, operations, and campus teams
  • Provides marketing insight, reports lead generation performance
  • Serves as a critical member of regional teams, providing insightful reporting, leading performance forecasting, and marketing-driven solutions
  • Serves as co-relationship manager with external agency partners and participates in meetings, planning sessions, and goal-setting
  • Presents to the executive leadership team key areas, including campus lead performance and marketing accountability
  • Reviews KPIs and results with marketing team members and partner agencies to optimize lead generation campaigns that drive results - including creative rotation, messaging, segmentation and target identification, and conversion
  • Responsible for alignment with the Corporate Director of Marketing to stay within organizational costs, managing campus budgets for the region
  • Research market segments and demographic trends and become an expert in understanding their assigned campuses' program offerings. Works with key departments to assess demand for campuses, programs
  • Develop and manage campus creative campaigns, collaborating with other team members and agencies
    Develop unique marketing strategies for key audiences
  • Development and management of email nurture, SMS, and promotional campaign strategy
    Maintains partnerships with internal home office teams
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to update and report campus competitors
  • Identify, recommend, and consult on local campus marketing or sponsorship opportunities
  • Identify campus-based departmental marketing needs (collateral, signage, lobby development) and coordinate with marketing project managers and designers
  • Collaborate with the digital and social media teams for engagement for assigned campuses
  • Support and provide promotional support for campus-based events like job fairs, high school tours, educational fairs
  • Oversight and development of campaigns related to campus program launches, campus moves, and grand openings
  • Additional related duties as assigned

MANAGEMENT DUTIES:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications
  • A minimum of three years of experience in management
  • Must have experience with a proven track record in a lead generation/direct response environment
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and platforms
  • Experience and success with lead generation and marketing within the Higher Ed industry is a plus.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work on multiple projects/requests
  • Strong conceptual skills and the ability to support and communicate ideas
  • Ability to produce routine reports and correspondence and communicate with colleagues
  • Position requires some travel
  • Must be able to work on site-Phoenix (Mesa) AZ-based position
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience and success with lead generation and marketing in higher education
  • Multi-unit/market experience
