ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Develop insights and interdepartmental center o into omnichannel programs to create shopper demand

  • Partner & develop with sales an integrated shopper marketing plan

  • Manage budget and objectives

  • Support Joint Business Planning

  • Creative thought leader customer marketing strategies & activation

  • Inspire & manage agency partners to deliver differentiated solutions driving conversion

  • Leverage trends to design engagement & conversion

  • Collaborate across all functions

  • Analyze results while providing recommendations

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS DESIRED

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, or business preferred.

  • 7-10 years of packaged goods experience

  • Computer literate; intermediate skills in Microsoft Office programs

  • Must be able to operate in a lean entrepreneurial environment with minimal support and be proficient in computer skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Presentations

  • Self-starting, highly energetic style, with an ability to work effectively with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders

  • A bias towards action and execution, willing to dive into details to get the job done.

  • A purpose driven mind-set, with a desire and passion around identifying ways to reduce environmental impact and further protect the oceans

  • A highly strategic thinker, who has a deep understanding and passion for trends in food and nutrition

  • A hands-on team player who has a visible, effective leadership style. Good listener, strong communication skills, flexible and fair

  • Strong communicator with excellent presentation, verbal and written skills.

  • Able to be decisive and demonstrate good decision-making skills in a high energy, fast paced environment with minor guidance or support

  • A reputation of integrity, high intelligence, creativity and the ability to exercise good judgment

  • Ability to leverage knowledge and resources outside of direct reporting lines.

  • A financially savvy manager with sound business acumen
