The Product Marketing Manager for the Lumber, Building Materials, and Hardline industries will build and action a strong knowledge of our products, customers, prospects, and competitors to strengthen ECI’s position as a leader in ERP SaaS Software solutions. This role will execute products and services' value propositions and build the messaging and positioning that guide the demand generation and creative teams in communicating a market position that is relevant, compelling, and differentiated. The Product Marketing Manager will build on the narrative and go-to-market strategy for a diverse set of business applications purpose-built for the assigned industry and/or products.
This position is remote within the United States.
Build and own product and industry messaging and create a coherent product and industry marketing GTM strategy by understanding TAM/SAM analysis, conducting competitive research, analysis, and identifying differentiators, strengths and weaknesses
Partner with key teams (Sales, Product Management, Demand Generation, Customer Marketing and Corporate Marketing) to support the go-to-market planning and execution for assigned products.
Partners with internal teams to produce core demand generation assets and compelling product and industry content such as product fact sheets, blogs, white papers, infographics, e-books, demo videos. Delivers a clear, consistent, and compelling messaging of marketing collateral and maintains marketing collateral inventory.
Create sales enablement tools in conjunction with Product Management, including product and competitive battlecards, sales presentations, buyer personas, and ROI value calculators. Trains sales force in the use of marketing materials and sales enablement tools.
Accountable for the planning, deliverables, communications, follow up, and tracking of the go-to-market of product launches
Create quarterly win/loss analysis reports and present to the business unit.
Create product and industry website content and drive SEO by developing keywords with product management and demand generation teams
Identify and manage key stakeholder relationships and obtain stakeholders' priorities to set own priorities and feed strategy. Communicates status updates inside and outside the team and provides progress reporting for transparency.
Works with corporate marketing to report on trends and news to develop and execute activities to increase awareness and drive industry and public relations activities including announcements, product introductions, etc.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business
, or comparable education
4
years of relevant experience
Experienced with B2B sales, SaaS/Cloud software and/or Technology industry
LBMH industry knowledge a plus
Knowledge of tools such as Asana, AHA, Klue, Semrush, Google Analytics a plus
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:
Strong storyteller with a strategic and analytical mindset who can engage and educate customers and prospects
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, product management, demand gen, customer marketing, creative, PR
Ability to prioritize projects effectively, juggling multiple projects with tight deadlines
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Experience with sales enablement tools, competitive analysis tools
