Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and visionary Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team at Plant Riverside District. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a strategic mindset, a knack for data-driven decision-making, and a deep understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our digital marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, increasing revenue, and fostering meaningful connections with our audiences.

Areas of Responsibilities:

Primary areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Strategy Development
    Craft and execute innovative digital marketing strategies that align with our business goals and drive measurable results.

  • Campaign Management
    Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across digital platforms including social media, paid media management, programmatic media, email, and content marketing. Ensure integrated planning by collaborating with internal departments and stakeholders.

  • Content Creation
    Collaborate with a team to develop compelling and engaging content that resonates with our target audiences and enhances our brand presence. Ensure social and digital content is optimized for specific platforms.

  • KPI Management
    Determine and set targeted KPIs for all digital campaigns.

  • Analytics
    Utilize digital marketing analytical tools to track campaign performance, interpret data, measure engagement and make informed recommendations to increase conversion rates. Optimize various creative content in test and learn environment.

  • Reporting
    Create and distribute monthly reports to share results of integrated efforts.

  • Digital Content Optimization
    Optimize copy and video/photography on web site/s, and partner sites to align to SEO strategic keywords; keep content including photography and captions updated and refreshed.

  • Digital Asset Management
    Ensure assets and photography are categorized, optimized and loaded across various platforms.

  • SEO Management
    Oversee SEO strategy including all directory and listing optimization, key word refreshes and local citation audits on various platforms.

  • SEM Management
    Implement targeted PPC campaigns through Google and Microsoft platforms to complement SEO strategies.

  • Paid Media Management
    Manage cost-per-click and programmatic media across various platforms to ensure maximum ROAS; manage paid advertising with key wholesale partners; oversee display advertising efforts.

  • CRM Management
    Optimize and oversee marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, digital/web, and social channels.

  • Merchandising
    Manage Plant Riverside District's messaging, campaigns and exposure across key sites and platforms including Marriott, TripAdvisor, OpenTable, Yelp and more.

  • Agency and Vendor Coordination
    Work with partners to execute and deliver campaigns when needed.

  • Other tasks and needs as appropriate.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Supervisory and leadership responsibilities include achieving results through providing direction and accountability of the following Grand Performers within the culture and policies established by the Kessler Collection.

To perform this role successfully, an individual must cultivate successful relationships with the following individuals to achieve alignment and support.

  • Director of Marketing
  • General Manager
  • Corporate Marketing Team
Minimum Qualifications

Education, License, Certifications, Experience

  • Minimum of three (3) years of work experience in the Digital Marketing field - required.
  • Experience managing SEO and paid /programmatic media in digital platforms: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Yext, Google My Business- SEO tools. -Required
  • Marriott digital marketing platform experience - preferred
  • Experience in the Hospitality/Tourism industry - preferred
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word - required

  • The Grand Performer must regularly lift and/or move up to ten pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Work Environment/Conditions:

The work environment/conditions described herein are representative of those that an incumbent may experience.

  • Candidate must be comfortable working in a shared space, without the use of a private office.
  • Schedules may vary from week to week based on business demands in excess of 40 hours with or without notice.
  • This position frequently interacts with the Marketing department and is required to communicate within deadlines.
