Job Overview

Femasys Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Marketing to join our team in Georgia. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and initiatives that enhance our brand presence, drive product awareness, and support our business objectives. You will work directly on marketing projects, campaigns, and activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies
    Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote Femasys' products and services, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.

  • Content Creation
    Produce high-quality marketing content, including blog posts, white papers, case studies, press releases, and social media updates, to engage and inform our target audience.

  • Digital Marketing
    Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and PPC) to increase online visibility and generate leads.

  • Brand Management
    Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials and channels. Develop and maintain brand guidelines.

  • Market Research and Analysis
    Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and product positioning.

  • Event Planning and Execution
    Plan and execute events, webinars, and trade shows to promote our products and services, ensuring maximum exposure and engagement.

  • Public Relations
    Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and key stakeholders to secure positive coverage and enhance brand reputation.

  • Sales Support
    Collaborate with the sales team to provide marketing support, including sales collateral, presentations, and lead generation strategies.

  • Metrics and Reporting
    Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Use data to optimize and improve future marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the biomedical or healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong writing and content creation skills, with the ability to produce compelling and engaging materials.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and PPC.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
