Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and manage paid media campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Email, CTV/OTT, and other platforms.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to create comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals and target audience.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders. Make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI and meet client expectations.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work with the creative team to develop engaging and high-performing ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Platform Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure campaigns are cutting-edge and effective.
  • Client Communication: Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service, and addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
  • Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, bid adjustments, and other tactics to improve performance.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Email marketing, CTV/OTT, etc.).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant tools. Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively to clients and team members.
  • Creative Thinking: A creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative strategies and ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate campaign execution and reporting.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
