Overview of the Social Media Marketing Specialist role

• Brand products on social media
• Use social media to expand client base
• Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements
• Brainstorm and develop new ideas for marketing
• Assist with customer questions and concerns, including overseas customers
• Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns

Qualifications of the Social Media Marketing Specialist:

• Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role
• Demonstrable experience in social media ( Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) and marketing sales
• Solid computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Well-organized and detail oriented
