Marketing Digital Director Manage Qualys's paid advertising campaigns in search engines and social media platforms Convert Qualys value propositions to different audiences into highly converting ad concepts Improve and maintain a coherent paid advertising strategy that keeps a balance between experimental and battle-tested campaigns Budget planning, campaign creation and optimization across digital marketing channels: Google ads, Paid Social, Video ads, App review platforms Identify channels for and improve campaign performance by optimizing campaigns in real-time to maximize ROI and running A/B tests
Who We Are Looking For At least 5 years of experience with Meta, Google and Microsoft advertising tools, programmatic advertising Ability to write high-quality content for awareness and acquisition ads Data-centric approach to work: you optimize campaigns based on numbers and facts. Willingness to research and learn new advertising tools Result-driven and resilient with a proven track record in performance marketing Analytical and data-driven marketer capable of building performance marketing analytics and metrics Understanding of the latest AdTech industry trends and best practices in performance marketing Great communication and knowledge transfer skills Adventurous attitude: at its core, Qualys is a fast-moving organization. Plans and focus might change from time to time
