Senior Partner Marketing Manager

We seek a talented and creative Senior Partner Marketing Manager to join our Global Demand Gen & Growth team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing compelling and engaging marketing programs that include partner personas and co-marketing opportunities to grow awareness, drive new pipeline generation, accelerate existing opportunities, and drive expansion opportunities within strategic partners and accounts. You will work closely with the Partner team while collaborating with the rest of the Marketing team to develop content and lead programs that effectively communicate the value proposition of our partner program to both current and prospective partners, customers, prospects, and Dutonians.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Marketing Plan : Develop partner marketing plans and programs that include partner brand positioning, partner events, internal & external partner communications, and co-marketing campaigns.

Content Development : Work closely and build trust with Product, Partner, and Solutions Marketing teams to leverage our corporate narrative and develop joint GTM messaging across partner-facing collateral, slide presentations, web and social content, etc. in support of demand generation campaigns and programs with partners

Message Alignment : Ensure consistency in messaging across all partner program communications, aligning with PagerDuty's brand voice and value-based campaign messaging.

Field Marketing : In collaboration with the GTM teams, develop and support customer experiences at virtual and in-person events to drive awareness of our partner ecosystem and with key accounts.

Analysis & Optimization : Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of partner program content, providing recommendations and solutions to iterate on messaging and tactics to drive engagement and demand.

Collaboration : Work closely with highly cross-functional teams, including Partner, Sales, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Events, and Field to develop integrated marketing campaigns and enablement assets.

Budget Management : Plan, manage, and report on PagerDuty’s partner marketing budget and marketing development funds, providing recommendations to improve our spend/ROI decisions and budget allocations.

Basic Qualifications

7+ years experience in partner marketing, channel partner, or demand generation roles at a SaaS company

3+ years of experience designing and owning global marketing programs from initial concept and beyond the execution with full life-cycle project management: demand generation, sales enablement, partner enablement, content, analytics, lead management, etc.

Must be comfortable representing the company professionally with external stakeholders at all levels of leadership

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in building successful event programs, including running/supporting multiple events consecutively

Experience with MDF programs and portal

Able to work in a highly collaborative environment with team goals in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment

Proven track record of building successful, trusted partnerships with internal stakeholders to craft programs that are metrics-driven in their approach

Shows clear ability to own and execute creative, in-person experiences

Available to travel as needed

The base salary range for this position is 142,000 - 221,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.

Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range, which is subject to change based on primary work location, reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position. Within the range, we determine pay for an individual based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills/competencies and experience.
