Position Summary/General Description:

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for content and content maintenance of company web sites as well as electronic and social media sites including www.rt66casino.com, www.dancingeaglecasino.com, www.lagunadevcorp.com, Face book, Twitter, Instagram, e-mail and text programs. The Digital Marketing Manager develops company strategy and tactical execution plans for all phases of the e-commerce marketing plan.

Responsible for overseeing the social media strategy, tactics (SEO and SEM), planning and execution for three websites: rt66casino.com, dancingeaglecasino.com and lagunadevcorp.comEvaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriateEstablish goals, deliverables and results for each campaign.Responsible for all social media marketing including but not limited to Face book, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Route 66 texting, e-mail campaigns, customer app and internal communications app.Deepen the relationship with customers by creating environments that foster dialogue and provide a richer guest experience, allowing consumers to be closer to our brands including, but not limited to, social media marketing e.g. Face book, Twitter, YouTube.Design, manage and implement digital marketing programs to ensure objectives are met and efficiencies are maximized.Responsible for creating unique photo-op moments, taking high-quality staged and candid photos, having a strong understanding and experience with photo / video editing tools, and offer an eye for impeccable detail.Report regularly to management on social media metrics and Web analytics.Maintain excellent writing and verbal communication skills.Work closely with marketing departments including advertising, public relations, database marketing, entertainment, promotions and players club to generate accurate and compelling content in appropriate digital and social media platforms.Develop a thorough knowledge of services, amenities, surroundings, providing accurate directions and information for guest inquiries about promotions and special events.At all times maintain a courteous, positive and professional working relationship with all LDC personnel and the general public (e.g., clients and vendors).Consistently exhibit creativity, flexibility, multi-tasking skills and work under pressure.Work odd and unusual hours, including holidays and weekends.Actively participate in Management Development Leadership Series (MDLS) yearly.Actively participate in LDC Management Capacity Program as required.Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology or applicable field required; professional designation strongly preferred. Not less than 8 years relevant work experience may substitute Bachelor’s degree and professional designation when appropriate based on industry standard.Three to five years of experience in digital marketing.Licensing & Certification:

None.Computer Equipment, Software, Machinery:

Proficient in basic computer skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Proficient with basic office equipment (e.g., computer, photocopying and faxing).Thorough knowledge and command of online technologies including content management, analytics, SEO/SEM, email and marketing, social media and mobile marketing.Essential Physical Requirements:

Requires employee to hear, sit, see, talk, walk and repetitively use hands the majority of the time.Requires employee to occasionally bend, crouch/stoop, stand, and turn/twist.Requires employee to occasionally push/pull, carry, lift, and slide/transfer 1-25 lbs.Essential Mental Demands:

Requires the ability to solve problems, organize, plan, make decisions, interpret data, read and write 51-100% of the time.Supervisory Responsibilities:

None.Work Environment (inside/outside):

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.Other Requirements:

Must pass a pre-employment alcohol/drug screen.Obtain and maintain a gaming license through the Pueblo of Laguna’s Gaming Control Board and must provide/maintain a valid New Mexico drivers’ license.
