MHC Healthcare is a Federally Qualified Community Health Center (FQHC) with 17 sites in Tucson and Pima County. We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Marketing Manager to join our Administration team at the Marana Main Health Center, located in the heart of Marana, AZ.

Position Summary:

The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in driving the marketing and communication efforts of MHC Healthcare. The role encompasses responsibilities in marketing, public relations, and special events with a significant focus on social/digital media, graphic design, and website maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on technical skills to enhance MHC Healthcare's presence and engagement within the community.

The following qualifications are required:Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or a related field3 years' experience in marketing, public relations, advertising, social media, fundraising, or similar roleDemonstrated experience multitasking, managing simultaneous complex projects and prioritizing workloads based on competing demandsCurrent Arizona driver's license with clean driving record and proof of current vehicle insurance (39-month MVR will be run by MHC)The following qualifications are preferred:

Master's degree in relevant fieldProfessional experience in a healthcare or non-profit settingPublic speaking and community networking experienceBilingual (English/Spanish)Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered if applicable and must be directly related to the functions and body of knowledge required to successfully perform the job.

This position has the following supervisory responsibility:

May occasionally provide direction, training, or guidance to others.

The ideal candidate will also possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

Professional level skills in the use of standard office equipment and programs including;

MS Office Suite, Constant ContactAdobe design software suite, including Photo Shop, Dream Weaver, Illustrator, INDesign, etc.Donor Perfect fundraising softwareHTML, Joomla and other web design interface softwareDigital media experience (Facebook, Twitter, Blogs, Instagram, etc.)

Ability to read, comprehend and interpret complex information.Ability to effectively communicate in the English language.Strong writing/editing skills including story development and copy-editing, along with the ability to shape and improve content for multiple target audiences.Ability to think critically and develop strategic messaging, including experience writing press materials and developing media strategies.Ability to administer multiple projects at once, understanding of branding, and the development of an organizational voice.Ability to use interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills with tact and political acumen to effectively represent MHC Healthcare.Organizational and time management skills to identify and establish priorities, make decisions, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills with emphasis on responsiveness, building trust, mutual respect, and courtesy.Demonstrates cultural competence and commitment to supporting and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion through work performance and professional interactions.Ability to cultivate a culture of respect and service excellence through professionalism, skilled communication, and demonstrated commitment to integrity, trust, respect, and equity.Duties and Responsibilities:

Assists with the strategic development, implementation, and management of all existing and new media content, including content intended for web, mobile, and social media, as well development of strategies to engage, retain, and grow the supporter base through online relationships, e-newsletter sign ups and online giving.Assists in promoting and positioning MHC Healthcare effectively to existing and potential donors, corporate and organization funding sources, patients, and the media through mailings, news releases, social media, web presence, and associated messaging.Responsible for creation and management of compelling, engaging content that informs, inspires, and connects our users via social media platforms.Responsible for management and updates of the MHC website using website development software.Responsible for management of off-site web assets, including internal and stock photography, downloads and multimedia.Manages Google, MHC website customer comments, and surveys.Responsible for updating time sensitive information on various websites, social media content across various platforms and draft, review and edit content for publications, in line with social media strategy.Handles multiple projects at varying stages of production process as necessary.Assists in supervision of brand content, revises and creates brand standards and usage guidelines, and manage access to brand assets (corporate hard drive).Develops and edits copy for website, print publications, newsletters, press releases, presentations, community letters, internal and external communication calendars, and forms development.Responsible for media articles and conducting interviews, when needed.Assists with integrative marketing of MHC Healthcare including newsletters, annual report, digital media (Facebook, website, Blogs, Twitter), and direct-mail solicitations.Provides project management and operational support for leadership team as requested.Provides guidance and support for MHC annual gift campaign, employee giving campaign and year-end appeal.Drafts correspondence and fields general development inquiries as needed to respond to issues of business, donors, prospective donors, and board members.Manages all Marketing/Public Relations meeting arrangements, including scheduling and sending/confirming invites.Co-develops organizes, coordinates and hosts assigned special events and open houses/receptions. Manages incoming and outgoing calls, messages, inquiries, and provides appropriate information.Creates and maintains department files and systems.Benefits:
