Constant Contact is looking for a Marketing Operations Director to join our Marketing Team. The Marketing Operations Director reports into the Sr. Director of Lifecycle Marketing and manages a talented team that will scale and optimize our Martech stack. This job is right for you if you have a start-up mindset and are a collaborative team leader who can set a clear roadmap and get buy-in from cross-departmental stakeholders. You are data oriented, and can develop plans for data-hygiene and list management. And most importantly, you love CDPs and predictive analytics, and are excited each day to utilize these tools to provide a 1:1 experience to drive customer success.

Evaluate and provide recommendations on how to improve our Martech process, systems, and efficiency including new platforms, applications, vendors, and processes

Develop, document, and optimize processes; Collaborate with the heads of Data and Analytics, Customer Lifecycle, and Product to unify disparate customer data points and deliver a solution for personalization across marketing channels

Oversee the continued development and optimization of Tealium as it connects to SFSC, SFMC, Pendo, Optimizely, GV360 and social.

Manage marketing ops backlog across multiple solutions, drive the planning, execution and insight generation

Oversee the execution of campaigns in the marketing automation platforms

Manage 3+ employees; train, coach, and prioritize work across the team

Who you are:

You understand persona-based marketing, targeting, and segmentation

Skilled in process management; ability to identify, organize, and map business flows

Have experience developing and implementing a CDP and predictive analytics to deliver effective marketing campaigns

Have strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills

Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 8+ years of prior marketing technology experience

Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SharpSpring, Constant Contact or other email/marketing automation/CRM platforms

Experience with Tealium, Leadspace, or other CDP
