Apply below after reading through all the details and supporting information regarding this job opportunity.The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience business experience with hands on configuration experience in salesforce products, Sales cloud, Pardot and Marketing cloud. Additional experience with Salesforce CPQ is a plus.As we are in the process of re-platforming several legacy systems to keep up with the ever-growing needs of our business, this is a great opportunity for the individual to be part of this transition process and guide the team with the technology transformation. Responsible for providing the vision, leadership, and operational direction to support the mission of the organization.Responsible for day-to-day management of projects within area of Sales & Marketing Apps team.Actively participates in the evaluation and prioritization of sales & marketing project.Ensures the success of each project by achieving the following:Meeting project objectives within specified cost and time frame parameters and according to defined requirements.Communicating task status/issues to IS management & business stakeholdersDeveloping project plans by drafting details task schedules and tracking project progress.Contributing to the allocation of appropriate personnel and resources to projects.Coordinating IS function and user resources.Researching and evaluating the acquisition/development of appropriate software products.Participating in the development of success criteria and ensuring that they are met.Conducting feasibility analysis.Gathering and organizing business/user requirements.Developing and conducting system/unit test plans.Coordinating and assisting in creation of user acceptance test plans and execution.Coordinating and/or participating in development of implementation schedules within IS and with business operation.System implementation planning and execution. May include user training sessions and associated documentation.4. Conducts ongoing communication within IS and with business stakeholders (e.g., user review meetings for milestonesign-off, obtaining user feedback, reporting on project status).5. Keeps current with technology trends and their impact to the organization.Required Skills & ExperienceMust have 8+ years as an experienced project manager or have at least managed 2 major deployments related to Salesforce suite of products (Sales cloud, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, CPQ)Must have hands-on configuration and project managementPrimary experience managing various projects & deployments related to Salesforce and its various applications (Sales Cloud, Pardot, Marketing cloud)Admin experience in any of the primary Salesforce clouds is a very strong plusMust have practical work experience with Scrum or any other Agile methodologies.Strong analytical skills & familiarity with MS 360 especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc)Completion of a bachelor’s degree of equivalent experience (B.A. or B.S.)
