Via Wireless, LLC is a leading Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) committed to providing exceptional wireless services and experiences to our customers. With a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, we offer a range of prepaid wireless products designed to meet the diverse needs of our users. As we continue to expand our digital footprint, we are looking for a visionary Director/VP of Digital Marketing to lead our efforts in promoting our prepaid wireless products and services.

JOB SUMMARYThe Director/VP of Digital Marketing will be a key member of our executive team, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive growth and enhance the visibility of our prepaid wireless offerings. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative marketing, and technical knowledge to effectively leverage digital channels for impactful campaigns.

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS• Strategy Development: Craft and implement a digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s goals, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention• Brand Leadership: Elevate our brand presence across digital platforms, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand message• Performance Marketing: Oversee performance marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns• Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, measure ROI, and make data-driven decisions to optimize digital marketing efforts• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing digital marketing team capable of executing innovative campaigns• Market Insights: Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, adapting strategies as necessary to maintain competitive advantage• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., Product, Sales, Customer Service) to ensure a unified approach to market our products

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred• Proven experience (8+ years) in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sector• Strong understanding of the prepaid wireless market and customer base• Demonstrated success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that have materially increased company revenue and brand awareness• Expertise in various digital marketing channels and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, CRM software)• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

ABILITIES REQUIRED• Ability to meet highest attendance requirements• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently• Ability to use personal computer, calculator, etc.• Could involve some lifting up to 20 pounds• Ability to sit for extended periods of time without much movement• Ability to work in time-sensitive environment with non-flexible deadlines• All candidates must have the ability to speak, read and write English
