As our Vice President of Sales and Marketing position, you will fulfill both leadership and coordination duties while helping to develop the overall strategy to continue top line revenue growth across all tradesYour primary responsibilities are to create the sales and marketing strategy for our home service lines and then drive resultsYou lead the sales and marketing team to meet our strategic goals in ways that are the most effective for the companyAside from deploying plans to meet objectives, you also manage budgets, oversee new sales and marketing initiatives, and work with other executives to develop a long-term strategy for Service ChampionsYou will be responsible for the building and managing of all sales and business development operations, including market competitiveness analysis, pricing, sales incentive plans, and distribution and channel strategyYou will drive sales growth and profitability by providing executive leadership for in-bound and out-bound marketing activities across multiple channelsDevelop and implement sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth for all service lines (HVAC,electrical,Comfort Cloud and plumbing.)Work as the strategic sales leader in collaboration with our General ManagersSpecific initiatives include: 1) creating sales specials, 2) developing pricing strategies and tactics, 3) providing sales and marketing performance data and analysisPartner with General managers in the overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales management while developing strategies and tactics for increasing market shareDevelop and manage the marketing budget in collaboration with Director of MarketingPartner with the Director of Marketing on all marketing channels and communications including branding, public relations, advertising, and internal marketing and promotion itemsIdentify and define emerging market requirements and needs that will drive product changes or new product developmentDevelop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer baseDevelop and implement pricing strategies and sales incentive programsTrack and analyze sales and marketing data, including product launch management, sales tools, competitive analysis and general sales supportPrimary liaison between the Business and Creative departmentsPay: $200,000 – $240,000Medical , Dental and Vision InsuranceLife and Accident InsurancePaid holidays and vacationEmployer Matching 401KEmployee Assistance ProgramFlexible Spending AccountEmployee Discount ProgramNew and continuing training and opportunity for career growth (including Life Skills Classes)Qualifications

Identify and define emerging market requirements and needs that will drive product changes or new product development. Develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base.• Develop and implement pricing strategies and sales incentive programs.• Track and analyze sales and marketing data, including product launch management, sales tools, competitive analysis and general sales support.• Primary liaison between the Business and Creative departments.• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in writing and verbally.• Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems.• On occasion, able to travel to center locations (Northern California.)
