About this Job:

In this role you'll be working directly with the Marketing Manager, who will be the one providing you with tasks and day-to-day initiatives. Workdays in this role vary as some days are filled with busy work, graphic designing, photoshoots, team meetings, or strategy planning. A diverse and flexible individual is required for this role as we're constantly visiting our 25+ locations for content, meeting with our franchisees and department heads or providing local establishments with donations. Experience in the Marketing field is not expected; however, it is appreciated. In this role you'll be able to gain experience and home in on your skillset. With over 25+ locations and 10 more due within the next year, the Marketing Coordinator must be independent, quick on their feet, a problem solver, creative, and always applied to their work. This role and field are fun, innovative, and gives you a creative space - however, we are a company with over 52 years of being a Miami staple and we hold our employees to great standards.

Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Monthly social media content ideation, creation, editing, & scheduling.
  • Monitoring customer inquiries across social media platforms including comments, DMs, tagged posts, as well as email.
  • Tracking social media data/progress monthly.
  • Creating holiday & evergreen menu boards/in store signage using Canva.
  • Coordinating photoshoots for organic and professional content.
  • Creating weekly email blasts for customers and bi-weekly internal marketing newsletters through Mailchimp.
  • Monitoring Vicky Bakery locations across 3rd party delivery platforms, Yelp, & Google to ensure brand standards are being met.
  • Collaborating across teams for campaign ideation.
  • Basic photo editing skills in Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Basic video editing skills for TikTok/Reels through CapCut or Splice.
  • Trend identification and market research across social media and marketing to align with brand goals.
  • Event and grand opening coordination to promote brand.
  • Ability to travel within south Florida and central Florida regions.
  • Creating copy, captions, and communications in Spanish and English
