ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide reception and administrative support for the office. Responsibilities include:

Answer incoming telephone calls, direct calls to appropriate person or take messages.Process incoming and outgoing mail and requests for FedEx shipments.Greet visitors, enter guests into the visitor’s database.Copy or fax documents.Respond to general inquiries, etc.Miscellaneous support functions include: Make travel arrangements, prepare expense reports, schedule meetings and luncheons, prepare conference rooms, and order catering, coordinate conference calls.Order and maintain all office supplies and office equipment.Contact vendors when maintenance is required.Create and maintain reports, type correspondence, memos, and various documents, as needed.Organize and facilitate special projects, as requested, to enhance daily management of department.Assisting with clerical duties – screen phone calls, scheduling meetings, calendar management, organize files, basic web site updates, and project organization.Manage inventory and ordering of promotional items.Perform other duties as assigned by management.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or Business preferred.Two years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Online/internet experience preferred.Equivalent combination of education and experience.
