Job Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic, curious

Art Director

to join our

Performance Creative

team. As an Art Director, you will contribute to the development of creative for digital design, display, social and websites. You have experience with design, understanding of a creative brief and know how to bring their own ideas and creativity to the table. You understand digital marketing and can design across multiple digital media. You are guided by what resonates with consumers and what makes them act, use these principles and apply this to creative design. You understand iterative testing and optimization and how to amplify designs and templates to meet these needs.

We take pride in craft and thoughtfulness - and we partner directly with our clients to build from scratch, and design for reality. You will report into the Associate Creative Director, and collaborate with our internal partners in Client Services, Social Media, Display and Strategy to develop dynamic creative solutions that drive business performance for our partners.

From creative strategy, concept, presentation, approval, and execution, the Art Director will have a hand in shaping and delivering inspiring work while being diplomatic and solution-oriented with internal partners. The ideal candidate will understand the balance between thoughtful and groundbreaking creative that connects strategically with an audience across all channels.

The ideal candidate should feel comfortable doing all listed below:Work independentlyGenerate strong, original and strategic conceptsCollaborate with copywriters and other creative stakeholders to take work from ideation to delivery - on time and on budgetPresent and sell in creative work to team members and internal stakeholders; occasionally to clientsTake care of light animation and editing workHelp other team members and pitch in on new business workWork with existing assets to reimagine, scale, and repurpose across channelsUnderstand the nuances of digital media channels, including but not limited to social channels, website/UX, YouTube, and SEO-centric videoQualifications

2+ years of experience in art direction and/or graphic design on advertising, content marketing, or digital media teamsAttention to quality craft, detail-orientedCategory experience with a variety of clients is a plusKnow how to build creative in social media (organic and paid), display, OLV...long story short, experience in omni-channel campaignsAbility to incorporate feedback and take/give clear directionConsistency of quality ideasExcellent communication and presentation skills

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $51,000-$83,750 per year. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available.
