Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Strategist, Social Marketing & Strategy to join our Digital Accelerator team. You'll report to the Associate Director, Social Marketing & Strategy and will push social creative strategy for our high-profile CPG client.

Only candidates in the New York City area will be considered as some in-office time is to be expected.

You're a collaborator who combines creative content ideas with smart social media strategies to achieve our goals.You'll manage other team members, and lead internal and client meetings.You'll deliver ongoing thought leadership to our teams and clients by identifying problems and finding solutions.You'll deliver briefs full of insights, inspiration and updates based on creative feedback and help translate that work into social creative.You know how to find the insight and when to implement it.You understand our client's industry and category, and have a POV after auditing industry examples and trends, such as memes, formats, cultural insights, and new social platforms.You'll partner with the creative team to push creativity and make sure it aligns with the strategy.You'll build knowledge on the macro/micro forces that influence our client's business.Qualifications

6 years minimum experience, some of that at an advertising agencyBachelors in Advertising, Marketing or related field, required; in lieu of degree, equivalent experience in a relevant field requiredExpertise in and love for the social spaceExcited by the internet, love that it's ever-changing, and understand how to apply this to clientsExperience as the daily lead on client businesses and developing client relationshipsExperience managing and mentoring younger talent

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is ($78,000 - $126,000). Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
