About This Role

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will work alongside the Head of Product Marketing to enhance Nexla's Go-To-Market strategy and increase our overall market influence. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross functional teams to be the driver behind product messaging, sales enablement material, and overall content creation for external and internal use. We are looking for someone that thrives in a "Start Up" environment, as not only a team player but also an autonomous leader.

Responsibilities

Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Nexla in the marketplaceCreate Salesplays, refine pricing and product packagingTechnical Marketing - Write and create technical marketing material. Includes building technically-differentiated marketing content in the form of messaging, presentations, data sheets, technical white papers, web content, blog posts, and other digital assets.Market intelligence - be the expert on buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on competition; Be the expert on all technical buyer personas, including data leaders, data architects, data scientists, data architects and analysts. Understand their buying intent, and how they evaluate and buy, including how the competition co-exists in the same buying cycleProduct Go-To-Market - plan, create, lead and measure product marketing initiatives and launches of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the Product Marketing planSales enablement - develop sales tools that support our selling process and communicate the value proposition of our portfolio to the team. Train and prepare the sales team to leverage customer opportunitiesManage multiple projects simultaneously, proactively communicating prioritizations, trade-offs, issues and decisionsWorks collaboratively with technical solutions, product development, and engineering teams

Qualifications

5+ years in product marketing role preferably at a B2B SaaS company.Bachelors or Masters Degree in Marketing, Technology, or BusinessExceptional English writing and presentation skillsOriented towards making an impact and producing resultsOutstanding interpersonal skills with collaborative working styleSelf motivated and able to take initiative without needing a high level of supervision

Compensation

Total compensation will be determined by a combination of factors including location, overall experience, and skills with the range being $120,000 - $140,000 base salary + performance bonus/variable. Employment will include medical, dental, vision, 401k and unlimited PTO.#J-18808-Ljbffr
