You have enviable levels of endurance and stamina, and you maintain your sense of poise and organization while multitasking on a variety of projects. You’re dependable and diplomatic, capable of leading and stellar at communicating up, down, and sideways.The QuestWhat success looks like in your first year…You’re responsible for pitching and producing a “Wow!”-worthy creative product on a weekly basis — but also drawing from your entire team to get there. You listen to your colleagues’ ideas, adjust for their work styles, and coach them through their challenges without taking over. Moreover, you don’t just lead; you teach them leadership while you do it.
