This is an exciting leadership role in a fast-growing environment, you will be an integral part of the Good Sam marketing team, developing product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans, bridging the gap between the product and the marketing teams. This position is located in our Chicago, hybrid scheduleThis position requires a keen understanding of consumer insights, new product innovation, brand positioning, and effective cross functional collaboration with product strategy and development, marketing communications and operations. Focus areas include product offer and promotion, positioning (including competitive analysis), customer segmentation, and new product go to market plans.Key Responsibilities:Develop and iterate upon a comprehensive marketing and growth strategy with detailed customer acquisition, retention, and go-to-market initiatives, and oversee the execution of that strategy to drive new and recurring revenue and overall growthSupport campaign creative development ensuring feature, benefit, and claims accuracyConduct evaluation and analysis of product revenue performance and marketing activities, recommending improvements and evolution of activities, identifying opportunities to drive incremental growthAnalyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and optimize marketing strategiesDemonstrate thought leadership on emerging trends and consumer insights to identify and validate product position, messaging and strengthen communicationsLead consumer persona and segmentation development and targeting strategiesBe the product / category expert: understand price, offers, positioning, and competitive landscapeMonitor and analyze the effectiveness of the performance marketing campaigns and work with the performance marketing team to continuously iterate and implement strategies to reduce CAC, improve LTV and grow overall acquisition volumeTrack and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of marketing initiativesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.8+ years of experience in product marketing, with responsibility for messaging, positioning, and communications strategy, within direct-to-consumer industry3+ years of experience working on subscription product categoriesExperience developing and executing a multi-channel go-to-market strategy.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Pay Range:$174,615.00-$261,870.00 AnnualIf you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!Full-time associates are offered a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k and more!
