We are on the leading edge of some transformational education technologies and curriculum development projects that will significantly improve traditional online learning for students while providing parents with a simple, affordable, and effective alternative to public education.

Job Description:

As the Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote AHS Worldwide, increase enrollment, and enhance our brand visibility. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, prospects, customers, and other external stakeholders to drive engagement and support the mission of our organization.

Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, including plans and calendars, that align with organizational goals and target audiences.

Brand Management:

Maintain and strengthen our school's brand identity in alignment with our mission and values through various means, including social media channels, website, etc.

Digital Marketing:

Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (website, social media, email, text, etc.) to drive traffic, engagement, and enrollment. Coordinate with CRM personnel for performance management. Work to improve ROI through A/B testing and other experimental methods. Identify potential influencers in our space for potential campaigns.

Content Creation:

Create compelling content including blog posts, articles, newsletters, and social media posts that resonate with our target audience. Coordinate with graphic design personnel for support as needed.

Customer Communication:

Develop customer-facing communications for ongoing CRM engagement campaigns and on an ad-hoc basis as needed. Monitor and engage with customer digital groups (e.g., Facebook groups). Organize local (Utah) engagement opportunities with AHS Worldwide families.

Community Engagement:

Foster relationships within the homeschool/education community through targeted outreach, partnerships, and events.

Market Research:

Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Maintain target customer profiles and personas that are consistent with organization strategy.

Performance Tracking:

Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using metrics and KPIs; optimize strategies based on insights.

Budget Management:

Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI and ensure resources are allocated efficiently.

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms, social media management tools).

Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Experience with budget management and optimization.

Knowledge of homeschooling and/or alternative education methods (preferred).

Familiarity with influencer marketing and community engagement strategies (preferred).

Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) (preferred).

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the K-12 education sector.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Willingness to travel for events and community engagement activities (if applicable).

A proactive and self-motivated attitude.
