Mixlab, the leading modern veterinary compounding pharmacy, is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to partner closely with our marketing, sales and operations teams to accelerate our marketing efforts. We are looking for a Coordinator who is obsessed with details and is driven by an ability to #makeithappen for our customers and their furry (and scaly!) friends no matter what. You will be an integral part in helping us to ensure Mixlab is a 100% dependable resource for our customers and veterinarians alike.

This is a hybrid position with the expectation to report on-site approximately one day per week to our Hollywood, FL location. Applicants within commuting distance to our NYC or Los Angeles locations will also be considered for this role.

About the Role:

Operate social media accounts including strategy, managing calendar of holidays/events, creating and publishing content, responding to comments and messages, analyzing metrics, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practicesOrganize online presence and respond to reviews, collaborating with the customer care team as necessaryCollaborate closely with lab leads to ensure the right marketing materials are stocked, reorder when necessary and help facilitate sales requestsSupport the creation and distribution of marketing materials, collateral and contentSupport the sales team with executing local events, managing the booth, marketing material requests, landing pages and any other requestsHelp plan and execute regional and/or national eventsHelp maintain Hubspot cleanliness including, researching data discrepancies and cleansing/updating data to ensure high quality of leads and accurate informationAssist in marketing communications including new product launches, emails, sales templates and moreSupport other marketing initiatives, campaigns and tasks of our sales and marketing teamAbout You:

2-4 years of professional work experienceExperience working in a high-growth and early-stage startupExperience with Google SuiteExperience and understanding of graphic design, copywriting, social media and email marketingExperience with design tools (Adobe suite, Figma)Experience working in HubSpot a plusSelf-starter and excellent in self-management, experience in working with remote teamsStrong communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teamsResourcefulness and willingness to learn - You figure out what needs to be done and find ways to #makeithappenCreative mindset with a keen eye for detail and designAbility to manage multiple projects in an agile and deadline-driven environmentWhat we offer:

$26 - $27 an hour

This is a full-time, hourly role and the pay depends on individual qualifications, experience, and skillset.
