Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Partner Marketing Manager who is excited by the opportunity to build and scale Leapwork's partner marketing domain from the ground up. We are looking for an energetic self-starter with a strategic mindset who is ready for a new challenge.

The Partner Marketing Manager role will be highly collaborative. You will work closely with the Leapwork partner team and our global technology partners - as well as Sales leaders and other functional areas of marketing - to design and execute partner marketing strategies, campaigns, and coordinated product launches "to and through" partners.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Field and Channel Marketing , you will join our successful, exciting, and fast-growing marketing team, where you will have a visible and direct impact on driving revenue in global markets.

ResponsibilitiesBuild deep relationships with relevant contacts at our partner companies and develop a strategic understanding of how we bring value to their business and their customersDevelop compelling "joint solution" go-to-market campaigns that bring the value of Leapwork's strategic partnerships to global marketsIdentify and pursue marketing opportunities that expand brand awareness with partners and their customersWork closely with Product Marketing Managers, Product Owners, partners, and other relevant stakeholders to develop partner marketing programs - this will include:Building enablement materialTaking new features and capabilities to partner marketsProducing and delivering presentations to internal and partner audiencesIdentifying and showcasing partner and customer success stories, and moreCollaborate with Customer Experience and Product Marketing teams to build learning and development programs for partnersWork cross functionally with Leapwork teams including Partners, Product, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Content Marketing, Field Marketing, Customer Success and SalesHelp to drive faster sales cycles, larger deal sizes, and healthy customer retention rates through partner sales teamsAbout you

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or another relevant field of study or equivalent work experience6+ years of a proven marketing track record in software technology, ideally in B2B SaaS or PaaS, or marketing experience with top tier technology companiesIdeally experience in a partner or channel marketing roleExperience distributing marketing and enablement content to internal and external stakeholders, especially through online content resources and portalsIdeally has experience of the MEDDICC sales qualification framework
