Full Funnel Marketing Director

As a Full Funnel Marketing Director, you’ll enhance consumer experiences throughout the entire marketing journey. Leveraging technology and data, you’ll create end-to-end campaigns that bring breakthrough and culturally relevant ideas to life. You’ll guide the team in identifying high-growth audiences, tailoring messaging, and optimizing across all channels including omni-commerce touchpoints. Your oversight of paid media investments will strengthen return on investment and effectiveness for our brands.

This integrated marketing role will support the Frozen Foods Category, including both the Eggo and Morningstar Farms Brands. This hybrid role sits in the Chicago, IL region or Battle Creek, MI region, with the expectation to be in the office Tuesday through Thursday.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

Strategic Thinking – Partnering with the Brand team, you’ll develop annual marketing plans that align with business needs. You’ll ensure plans meet KPI’s and manage full-funnel media strategy across paid channels, optimizing ROI through data-driven approaches.

Collaboration – Serve as a liaison with various teams including Away From Home, Cultural and Inclusive Marketing, Corporate Affairs, and the Omni and Wellbeing teams. Your team will develop the full experience plan, collaborating with the brands integrated agency team to define workflows, timelines, and deliverables for on-time, on-budget campaigns.

Media Management –Maintain relationships with agencies and platform partners, manage media approvals, and integrate Omni media opportunities into experience plans. Your holistic approach will contribute to successful national and omni media buys, leveraging retailer media networks.

We’re Looking for Someone With

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing

Experience in brand, agency, or integrated marketing with experience creating and executing 360 campaigns; deep understanding of consumers, culture, category, brands and the interplay between each

Extensive knowledge of the principles of marketing and advertising, as well as superior knowledge of omni and full funnel, media concepts and terms, creative and budget requirements

A strong interpreter of data-driven insights that can be translated and implemented to build end-to-end experience plans across all P/O/E channels

Strong understanding of media, social media and PR best practices and platform best practices/capabilities; lead emerging technologies, test opportunities, new content offerings, channel approaches, etc.

A digital media-savvy marketer and passionate problem-solver, including expertise with omni-channel media orchestration

An all-around seasoned professional with exceptional communication, organizational and time management skills, and the flexibility to adapt quickly to change
