Vanguard is currently looking for a skilled and experienced User Experience Designer to join our team in Malvern. As a Senior UX Designer at Vanguard, you will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering outstanding user experiences that set new industry standards. You'll collaborate with teams across departments and work closely with business leaders to translate business requirements and user needs into highly usable web page and site designs. Your deep understanding of user-centered design principles, visual design, and user behavior will be instrumental in creating flawless designs. Furthermore, you'll analyze data and user feedback to continuously enhance the user experience. Provide senior level UI design services, including designing web page/site layout, navigation, and content elementsTranslate business requirements and user needs into UI designsCollaborate with cross-departmental teams and business leaders to deliver design, prototype, and documentation to the highest possible standardsApply qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually enhance the user experience.Present design solutions to senior management, project teams, partners, and other involved parties.Test UI design to ensure desired look and feelTrain and mentor junior staff in effective user experience design techniquesREQUIREMENTS:
