You will be the first product marketing hire and will be responsible for GTM launch process, ensuring organizational readiness, supporting sales enablement efforts, and managing projects for key deliverables.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:Create a repeatable process for a product launch that includes all go-to-market and organizational readiness activities and deliverablesProject manage launches to ensure all systems are “go” and then monitor impactCollaborate with teams to create compelling sales and marketing collateral as well as messaging and internal/external communications to drive adoption/conversionFully own the planning and execution of product marketing projects to support key Okteto partnerships and integrationsWrite and/or coordinate the production of written and video content explaining the joint Okteto + partner value propositionPartner with the product management team to distill key functionality and benefits into core product marketing messagesCollaborate with sales enablement team to help create training materials, making it easy for sales to understand our product offerings and key positioningIdentify and support industry third-party eventsA GOOD FIT:You are comfortable with async communication and working with a remote team across multiple timezones.You have experience working on GTM for developer tooling.You thrive on building process and programs from start to finish. Having a big impact on a growing company gets you excited.You think outside the box when it comes to strategy and initiatives.You are a polished content builder.You are a strong public communicator and are comfortable being a company representative for things such as customer meetings, hosting webinars and public conversations, creating video content, etc.NICE TO HAVE:Video production and editing skills.Experience using design tools like Figma.Experience within Cloud-native ecosystemAbout Okteto Cloud Development Environments with one click
