SUMMARY OF POSITION:The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement. This role requires a dynamic and strategic leader with a proven track record in marketing management, brand development, market research, product development, and team leadership. The Director of Marketing will oversee marketing operations and work closely with other departments and across business units to ensure cohesive and effective marketing initiatives.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Other duties may be assigned.Strategic Planning and Execution:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives.Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.Set clear and measurable goals for marketing campaigns and initiatives.Brand Management:Oversee the development and implementation of brand strategies to enhance brand positioning and recognition.Ensure consistent brand messaging across all business units, marketing channels and materials.Manage and enhance the company's brand image and reputation.Digital Marketing:Lead digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns and optimize performance.Stay updated with digital marketing trends and technologies to keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing.Team Leadership and Development:Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.Budget Management:Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies.Monitor and report on marketing expenditures and return on investment (ROI).Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with sales and customer experience teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives.Market Research & Product Development:Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new products or enhancements.Lead product development strategies aligned with the company's goals and market needs, overseeing the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps that outline development and launch timelines.Public Relations and Communications:Oversee public relations activities to enhance the company's public image.Develop and manage communication strategies, including press releases, media relations, and crisis management.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.Strong understanding of digital marketing and analytics.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to think strategically and drive innovative marketing solutions.Strong project management skills and attention to detail .TRAVELThis role requires up to 20% travel, to customer locations and industry events.
