We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Product Design & Customer Experience to lead our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our products and solutions, while overseeing all aspects of product design, user experience, solutions design and ux/cx research. You will work closely with senior leadership to define the product vision, shape the user and client experience strategy, and drive innovation to meet business objectives. Job Duties Strategy and Vision:

In partnership with business leaders, drive long-term strategy and roadmap in alignment with business goals and market trends. Lead cross-functional teams in the development of innovative products and solutions. Champion a customer-centric approach to product design and user experience.Leadership and Team Management:

Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to a team of product designers, UX/UI experts, and researchers. Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning within the team. Set clear goals and objectives, and empower team members to achieve excellence in their respective domains.Customer Experience (CX) Strategy:

Drive customer research initiatives to gain deep insights into user needs, behaviors, and preferences. Define and implement CX strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize CX improvements and initiatives across the organization.Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation to drive continuous improvement and product evolution. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design. Identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains across product development processes.Job Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in product Management, business, or related field preferred. 8+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, solutions architecture, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity preferred. Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex digital products and solutions. Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to align product initiatives with business objectives. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.Work Environment At MX, we utilize a hybrid work model, which allows us to attract top talent and increase impact through collaboration. Our team members enjoy a balance of remote work and in-office days. Travel expectations for remote employees is about 15%, and the company covers travel expenses for remote employees. Local employees will utilize in-office time on a weekly basis Tuesday through Thursday. Both local and remote employees can take advantage of our incredible office space with onsite perks like company-paid meals, onsite massage therapist, golf simulator, and meditation room to name a few. Compensation The expected on-target earnings (OTE), which is comprised of a base salary and other forms of cash compensation, such as bonus or commissions is currently $191,500 to $229,750. This pay range is just one component of MX's total rewards package. MX takes a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including job and level they are hired into, location, skillset, peer compensation. **Please note that this position does not accept sponsorship candidates at this time.
