The Marketing Manager is responsible for growing brand awareness and marketing the properties in Ingerman's portfolio. This includes driving new resident acquisition, using design and a creative mindset to produce impactful content, and ensuring all marketing-related to Ingerman' s corporate brands and mission accurately represents and enhances the company's presence in the industry.

Key Job Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

Brand ambassador; promotes brand awareness through creation and implementation of digital and traditional marketing piecesImplements marketing campaigns for current portfolio and new development pipelineAssists team with event logistics and related pressAssists property managers with customer service and reputation managementParticipates in local outreach, industry and networking eventsAssists in planning and executing property and community eventsGenerates marketing collateral such as brochures, signs, flyers, banners, and print advertisementsOversees the daily operations of marketing support team members or contractors; provides feedback on tasks and ensures deadlines are met for project deliverablesCreates multimedia content for marketing and social platforms; videos, virtual tours, photo slideshows and related digital mediaAbility to travel to properties 1-2x a month to capture photos and videos; or to help with site events such as open housesRequirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Brand Management preferredMinimum of 3 - 5 years of marketing experienceProven understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing communication techniquesAdobe Create Suite credentials; Image creation, photo editing necessary, video editing a plusTechnically proficient in Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and Google WorkspaceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDeep understanding of dynamic automated marketing platformsUnderstanding in WordPress, Drupal, or equivalent CMS programsKnowledge of customer service software i.e., chatbot scripts and dashboardFamiliarity with various reporting and analytics software systemsFamiliarity with property management (Yardi) software a plusProficient in docile media platforms and audience engagement toolsStrong organizational skills with the ability to multi-taskAbility to work autonomouslyStrong project management and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, action-oriented environmentAbility to establish relationships across the organization and at various hierarchical levelsAbility to travel up to 20% of the timeWE'VE GOT YOU COVERED
