Job Summary:

Director of Marketing is a marketing expert who takes responsibility for overall marketing results of a company. This role will be strategically responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating effective marketing initiatives and programs that align with our evolving business goals and our company's long-term success. The Director of Marketing will report to the President & CEO, and will oversee the internal marketing team across different global locations.

The ideal candidate is experienced, with proven end-to-end digital and field marketing experience as well as a product marketer or researcher. A successful candidate is highly professional, driven, gifted at developing, motivating, and leading a team. Thrives on developing a strategic plan to drive sales upward.

Job Responsibilities:

Taking responsibility for the marketing plan, strategy, and teamDesigning, planning, and executing effective marketing campaigns in line with the plan & determining and implementing metrics to measure campaign effectivenessBuilding brand awareness and generating innovative ideas to promote the brands/productsCreating content strategies based on business objectives, category focus, and audience segments across all channels (online/offline/social)Designing and coordinating promotional campaigns, PR, and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press, etc)Driving the implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive leadsDirecting and supporting the market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data for short- and long-term market forecasts and reportsBuilding a high-performing marketing team and ensuring effective coordination with other departmentsIdentifies and leads PSB on future products that feed into our prod-dev team.Working closely with the sales department to align sales and marketing strategiesBuilding long term relationships with employees, external partners, and stakeholdersManaging the marketing budget to be on planOther relevant tasks that may be assignedJob Qualifications:

Has experience building a successful marketing program and team from the ground upProven track record in a senior role such as Marketing Director or similar role for 3-5 years who has built, scaled, and led high-performing marketing teams5+ years B2B Marketing experience, preferably in enterprise salesHas managed 5+ people with proven track record of managing people (knows how to manage people up).Experience in the design and implementation of successful marketing campaign(s), and tradeshowsKnows how to build industry leading marketing content.Proficient in Google AdWords, SEO, SEM, and web analyticsStrong knowledge of marketing, including digital and field marketing, product marketing, brand marketing, trade shows execution, PR, content management, digital marketing & performance marketingExcellent strategic leadership, communication, analytical, data-driven, and project management skillsSense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's successHas board experienceBachelor's degree / Marketing MBA a big plusPardot and Salesforce expertise (mandatory)
