You will join a team developing a state-of-the-art general-purpose robots designed to operate in human spaces and with human tools. It is designed to work alongside humans, mobilize to human spaces, and manipulate the world around it.

As the Director of Product Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned marketing professional with a proven track record of successfully launching and promoting robotics products in a fast-paced and competitive market. The Director of Product Marketing will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our product marketing strategies, driving brand awareness, and ensuring the successful market adoption of our innovative robotic solutions. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the evolving marketing landscape.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.Conduct thorough market research to identify key trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Product Positioning and Messaging:

Define and articulate clear value propositions for each product, ensuring differentiation in the market.Craft compelling messaging that resonates with target audiences and effectively communicates the benefits of our robotics solutions.

Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy:

Lead cross-functional teams to execute successful product launches, coordinating activities across marketing, sales, and product development.Develop and manage GTM plans, including pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and sales enablement materials.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate closely with the product development team to provide market insights and feedback, influencing product roadmap decisions.Work collaboratively with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales goals.

Brand Building:

Enhance and strengthen the company's brand in the robotics industry, establishing thought leadership and credibility.Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all marketing channels.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, preferred. MBA is a plus.Proven experience in product marketing within the robotics industry.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of robotics as well as industries such as 3PLs, retail distribution, and manufacturing.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
