We are empowering people to do their best work by making the everyday easier with accessible AI.Role Description:Yurts is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Designer to play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our AI products across the organization. This role requires close collaboration with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure our products meet the evolving needs of our users and clients.Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with engineers, Applied ML Engineers, and other cross-functional teams in a highly agile development environment, fostering quick ideation and prototyping.Lead inspiring and formal brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for product design and user experience.Develop clear, concise, and intuitive UX/UI designs, ranging from low-fidelity wireframes to pixel-perfect final designs.Act as a lead in co-owning the final product with engineering leads, ensuring alignment with product vision and user needs.Manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.Initiate and participate in user research activities as needed to gather insights and validate design decisions.Requirements:Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer, preferably in enterprise software development.Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in user interface design.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with rapidly evolving requirements and priorities.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of effectively working across diverse teams.Experience in conducting user research activities, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to work on cutting-edge AI technologiesDynamic and collaborative work environmentCareer growth and development opportunitiesEqual Opportunity StatementYurts provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
