About the TeamThe mission of our Consumer Retention Marketing team is to build lasting relationships with our customers as soon as they engage by providing them with a personalized, cross-channel experience that delights them and drives them to return to find the products, merchants, and deals that are relevant to them.

About the RoleAs a CRM Marketing Consultant New CX, you will be responsible for executing on programs to increase retention and engagement of our customers across

email, push notifications and in-app messaging

. In this role specifically, you will collaborate with our

New Customer Experience

team to execute CRM strategies that drive adoption of our products and increase the frequency that customers choose to order on our platform.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…Build/launch complex lifecycle programs across CRM and in-app channelsMonitor/report on launched tests and existing lifecycle programsWork with cross-functional partners to optimize existing programs - Support external business requests as it pertains to the new cx cohortManage end-to-end execution of in-app promotions and email campaigns. Includes driving the creative review process, collaborating with designers and copywriters, identifying target audience segments and capturing feedback from multiple stakeholdersSet up and monitor complex journeys, triggers and automations with static and dynamic contentCreate detailed customer journey flows with actionable trigger points to drive conversion and engagementAnalyze campaign results and create and share regular performance reportsWe’re excited about you because you have…6+ years’ Consumer focused experience in customer retention, email, or growthDeep experience with CRM technology including ESPs, segmentation tools, and complex data structures and systemsB2C ExperienceExperience working with internal testing platformsPrior hands-on experience with Braze required.Experience with Iterable is a strong plusStart up experience is a plusStrong analytical skills: able to create data-driven campaigns end to endStrong stakeholder management and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Looker, Periscope, etc.Extremely organized, dependable, self-motivated & ability to multi-taskDuration:

6+ month full time contract, expected to extendLocation:
