This new program is designed to identify and execute strategies for scaling our products and platforms to better serve our larger Enterprise client base.In this role, you will be directly reporting to the Head of Design, Enterprise Trust. You will also be joining a globally diverse organization.In this role, you will:Define and implement the strategic vision for scalable customer experiencesApply systems thinking to drive better design outcomesIdentify opportunities to enhance our products for usability at scaleSupport the Head of Design with craft-related topicsDrive design reviews, crits, and be the design craft leaderPartner with leadership to create a unified design viewLead design projects from creation to executionIdentify success metrics for design solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teamsYour background:10+ years of product design experienceExperience in creating and delivering strategic design programsStrong visual and interaction design skillsAbility to handle ambiguity and simplify complex problemsExperience in end-to-end UX/product designPassion for story-telling and balancing customer needs with business goalsFacilitation and collaboration skillsExperience in design systems and measuring successExperience improving processes to increase product valueCompensationBase pay ranges for new hires:Zone A: $216,600 - $288,800Zone B: $194,900 - $259,900Zone C: $179,800 - $239,700This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.Atlassian offers a variety of perks and benefits to support you and your family.
