We are seeking a talented UX Communication Designer for one of our large, tech clients. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping how they communicate the strategy, vision and brand, both internally to the organization's teams and externally to key partners and executives. Work will directly impact strategic clarity, team velocity, and business impact. The UX Communication Designer will be responsible for transforming team content into compelling presentations, newsletters, websites, templates, etc.

Role Type: Full Time, 6 Month Contract with option to extend

Locations Preferred: US based

Will require extensive onboarding, background/education/employment checks, and credentialing.

Top Daily Responsibilities

Craft compelling narratives that translate complex payments strategies and initiatives into clear, engaging communications for diverse audiences (executives, cross-functional partners, internal teams).Design visually stunning presentations, websites, newsletters, logos, swag and other collateral that elevate the payments brand and enhance information comprehension.Assess and optimize existing communication channels (e.g., All-Hands meetings, summits, internal websites) to ensure maximum impact and engagement.Partner closely with UX designers, program managers, product marketing managers, and executives to align communication efforts with broader business goals.Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a UX designer, communication designer, or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional visual communication skills.Expert visual design as demonstrated by mastery of design & presentation tools (e.g. Figma, Slides, Illustrators) as well as a deep understanding of visual design principles, typography, and information hierarchy.Proven ability to distill complex ideas into simple, engaging narratives through both visual and written communication.Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across various levels.Portfolio highlighting multiple projects, with at least one focusing on executive strategy. Other topics might include design systems, service design, process change.Payments knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with the payments industry or financial technology is a plus, but not required.
