Job Title: Project Manager - Interior DesignPay: $75K-95k/yr.Location: Orlando, FLOverview : We are looking for a project manager who is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all tasks, critical dates, client and third-party interface and relations, performance quality, customer satisfaction, budget, and project administration for each assigned project.Must haves:Minimum 3+ years of PM experience required. (Preferred: 5+ years of PM experience for Senior position)PM experience with Commercial Interior clients, or Furniture and Home Furnishings Manufacturing is needed.Local to the area.Customer Service experience (good communication)QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION:Bachelor's Degree preferably in Interior Design, Arts or Architecture/Construction management.Computer proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of products,Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills to manage and ensure the client's experience is positive.Strong understanding of the construction process, documentation, real estate market, and job site conditions.Strong organizational skills to remember the important details of each project and scope of work.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide a single point of contact for customers throughout all project communicationsProvide professional customer interface and client relations throughout the projectEnsure site measurements are accurate, and identify and manage the scope of all projectsReview all production information and drawings for accuracyPrepare/coordinate installation quotesAudit furniture specifications and drawings before order entryOrganize and review acknowledgments from all vendors to ensure accuracy and lead timesCoordinate project schedules and communicate installation dates with the install company and end usersOrganize and submit change orders in conjunction with the Interior DesignerStay in close touch with onsite personnel including construction, millwork, power, and networksMaintain key project documentation, including documentation from customer requests/revisionsProvide timely, formal written communications throughout projects to end users and the internal project teamObtain customer sign-offs, approvals, and formal paperwork at job completionEnsure furniture solutions are installed to specifications and quality standards are met
