Review allocation report from Operations- Identify any gaps in our plan- understand the why and communicate to the fieldPOS Tool- work with OPS & Regions regarding missing allocation or discrepancies with the POS toolTrack all Profit Zone requests to ensure delivery is communicated
Planning
Assist in managing BP26 POS Planning process
Collaborate closely with key stakeholders and understand goals and priorities to create a strategic approach for Non Commercial and Commercial businessWork with Operations and ONP analysts to build a comprehensive turn key offline workbookAlign with Regions to ensure each Region is following strategyProviding a tool roll up of each Region to secure buy in and sign off from HQ and LT.
Inventory management & placement audit
Inventory Management App -Data cleanup project to retroactively add correct serial number details to all coolers and Dipos in Bullchecker.
Print POS centralization (included in this would be OTOV Big Moments) -- Due by end of year
QUAD consolidatorAnalysis
Current budgets being used on print designCurrent Process (understanding current state)Identifying budgets to centralizeUnderstanding what's scalable vs custom requiredBrand Pillar/ SKU launch scheduleCost savings analysis w/ quad -- Is quad the right answer?Understanding Off Premise consolidator process (brand pillar)

EXPERIENCE NEEDED
Each new line is automatically numbered:
experience in sales and/or a customer/trade marketing role; minimum 2 years on premise experience
Strong analytical, communication & teamwork skills
Exceptional planning and project management skills
In-depth knowledge of the consumer goods industry and trade
Innovative, solution-oriented mindset
Strong work ethic & Self-motivated; must be able to work independently
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Illustrator and other design programs are preferred
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree preferred
Pay rate: $51.44/hr#PRO
