Position at Cultural Care Au Pair

Cultural Care Au Pair is seeking a Visual Designer to join our in-house creative team. In this position, you'll be a key player in developing and executing exceptional visual work. You will assist in creating and implementing visual concepts that contribute to our brand's growth and identity. Your role will involve collaborating with a cross-functional team to deliver innovative and compelling visual solutions that meet project objectives and enhance our brand presence. To excel in this role, you should be a skilled designer who can contribute to creative concepts and ensure design consistency across all media, from digital to print. As part of our global team, you'll work from our office in Cambridge, Massachusetts, with regular collaboration with our team based in Zurich, Switzerland.

You are also an agile thinker who can seamlessly transition between diverse projects.

The role & responsibilities:Develop visual designs for creative projects, including content creation and brand development.Assist in the design production of marketing materials, digital, social media and print.Collaborate on campaign ideas, digital strategies, and other marketing initiatives with the creative team.Contribute to innovative solutions for the digital landscape, advancing our program and services to meet our customers' expectations.Assist with yearly print production for 15+ international markets, across print including brochures, posters, and flyers etc.Work with marketing directors, sales directors, and the executive team to gather input and ensure stakeholder requirements are met.Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience within an agency or in-house marketing team.A portfolio showcasing a range of creative work demonstrating your visual design skills.A solid understanding of visual design, interaction design, and the creative process.Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and front-end development technologies.Awareness of emerging communication, media consumption, marketing, and cultural trends.Excellent communication and collaboration skillsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.Our perks & benefits:Work in our North American headquarters where you'll enjoy comprehensive professional development, frequent social programming and employee-run EFfinity groups, community groups, and clubs.
