HarmonyTech Inc is seeking a highly skilled talented and creative Graphical Designer with a strong understanding of empathy maps to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for understanding user needs, and the ability to translate those needs into compelling visual designs. As a Graphical Designer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing user experiences through your designs, ensuring they resonate with our target audience.

This position is Hybrid and requires US Citizenship or Green Card.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Creativity: Create visually appealing graphics, layouts, and designs for various platforms, including digital and print media.

Empathy Mapping: Develop and utilize empathy maps to understand user needs, pain points, and motivations, ensuring designs are user-centered.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and user experience (UX) teams, to create cohesive design strategies.

User Research: Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.

Brand Consistency: Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity through consistent and innovative design elements.

Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and concepts effectively.

Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our designs remain cutting-edge.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of [5] years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on user-centered design and empathy mapping.
