We ignite all senses, capture attention, and drive both loyalty and dollars with the biggest, boldest ideas.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORAs the Events Experiential Designer at Elevate Creative, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the fan and recruit experience for our clients. You will lead a team of skilled designers and collaborate with various stakeholders to create compelling and effective designs that align with our clients' brand, architectural, experiential and business goals. This role requires a blend of creative vision, leadership, client relations, and strategic thinking.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESWork collaboratively with the project team on a day-to-day basis to oversee a project from conceptual through implementationCreate holistic design solutions at various scales across multiple venues such as stadiums/arenas/hotels, building wraps, street banners, temporary signage, etc.Develop programming strategies for messaging and signage elements within a graphic systemCreate style guides and standards to be shared with third-party partnersQUALIFICATIONSThe qualifications listed below represent the credentials necessary to perform the essential functions of this position. To be successful in this position, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.KNOWLEDGEPrint Production experience: creating print-ready files, color selection and refinement, etc.Knowledge of fabrication methods and materials is a plusExcellent communication skills-both verbal and writtenHas a strong conceptual eye and is able to evolve ideas and concepts and implement unique solutions into a graphic systemAbility to take ownership of any phase of the design process-is proactive, collaborative, and can also operate autonomouslyThe ability to work on multiple projects in multiple phases-working with the design team, project leadership team, as well as the ability to communicate with fabrication partners/printers as neededProficient in essential soft skills such as self-awareness, accountability, adaptability, and a high degree of emotional intelligenceSKILLSExpertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesignComfortable working in scale, familiarity with CAD toolsEDUCATIONBachelor's or Master's in Graphic Design, Environmental Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.POSITION AND BENEFITS DETAILSFull Time, Exempt$50,000 - $85,000Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Insurance + FSA, HSA, and more401k Employer Match after meeting eligibility requirements14 Paid HolidaysUnlimited PTOPaid Parental LeaveWORKING CONDITIONSTravel RequirementsAbility to travel as neededWork EnvironmentLocation: Salt Lake City, UT; Nashville, TN; or remoteThis is a full-time position with a complete benefits package.
