Ensure most efficient and effective shopper & guest marketing program planning, budgeting and measurement that deliver best-in-class ROI with consistent improvement year on year and equip company to look like #1 at the "Moment of Choice" through top notch effective, innovative, and timely Trade Support Tools.Conduct PDS reviews with direct reports to improve skills and performance utilizing PDS as tool to conduct optimal performance discussions, articulate consistent skill evaluations, recommend actions and tactics, and measure progress. Support the widespread use of PDS and promote and support Company culture within Sazerac.

Develop monthly Field Sales Activation deck with selling tools for all shopper & guest marketing programming across Brand Big/Small Bets, Shopper/Guest Platforms, Multi-Brand Programs. Creation of shopper & guest marketing initiative conceptual sell decks to be leveraged at scale for the Field and/or for Channel and Account specific sell decks.Oversees and orchestrates the planning, budgeting, execution & measurement of shopper & guest marketing activities working with Off-Premise Channel Managers and On-Premise Leader. Wired in with Sales Operations Director to ensure activation materials and resources support needs and priorities of Sales, and Sales Finance for budgeting and ROI measurement.Utilize tools and methodology from Global Manager Commercial Planning & Analytics to develop annual and quarterly calendar, effectively communicate key dates and expectations, and ensure milestones are being met within company as it relates to executable shopper & guest marketing programs with the field sales teams.Manage field communications to drive awareness and understanding of program priorities, timing and activation details. Establish a communication cadence and feedback loop with Field Sales to drive collaboration and tool optimizations.Implement tools & processes and establish metrics for evaluating results, and create standing reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders Develop analytics that connect commercial, operational, inventory, and sales data, and deliver accurate and timely commercial reports to all stakeholders to deliver business performance. Provide analytical support for the function including competitive intelligence (pricing & promotion benchmarking) including financial (ROI) analysis.Lead effective budget management delivering efficiencies and ROI as per shopper & guest marketing programming KPI's, partnering with Global Manager Commercial Planning & Analytics.

Qualifications/Requirements

Required QualificationsExperience leading people through influence, where no direct reporting relationship exists.Exceptional organization, prioritization, & project management skillsExperience and comfort wiring with stakeholders in Sales, Category Leadership and Brand Marketing across marketsCustomer knowledge and expertise regarding the operational realities of delivering shopper & guest marketing initiatives in retail environments.Comfortable with change in a fast moving environment.Ability to drive results in a complex, high-growth companyBachelor's Degree7 years relevant experience (minimum)Ability to travel (up to 25%)
