Nomad's Marketing and Creative team fulfills this promise with content that provides real value to our customers. This group includes strategy, design, and copywriting pros, and we're looking for a talented and driven Digital Media Specialist who can help.

What We're Looking For

You are a natural-born storyteller and creator. You know how to balance customer needs with business concerns, and you move skillfully between a wide spectrum of project types.

Often with a team, sometimes independently, you'll develop compelling digital media content, including photos, videos, graphics, and interactive. You expertly execute all phases: Concept, coordination (project management), capture, editing, delivery, and asset management.

Your work at Nomad will consist of...

Photography (50%), including:• In-progress and finished customer projects• Events and trade shows• Nomad teams, facilities, and culture• Asset library management

Videography (30%), including:• Case studies and customer stories• Multimedia product explainer videos• Customer solution training• Internal training and development pieces• B-roll and impromptu shoots

Other Digital Media (15%), including:• Motion graphics and animations• AR and VR experiences• Audio productions• Interactive multimedia• Aerial (drone) photo and video

Print Media (5%), including:• Page and document layouts• Signage• Advertisements

Responsibilities• Digital Media Content Developmento As outlined above• Digital Asset Managemento Manage media libraries• Equipment and Software Managemento Research and recommend new digital media toolso Care for and manage existing tools• Generalo Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Nomad solutionso Become a SME in Nomad's brand and communicationso Become a SME in evolving best practices related to your roleo Support and elevate your teammateso Strive for "Frictionless Customer Experiences"• Please Noteo Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule is essential for this position. Periodically,before-or-after hours, or weekend assignments may be required to facilitate timecritical media production needs

Qualifications• Requiredo 3+ years of professional experience in Digital Media Content Developmento An online portfolio of work, emphasizing photo and videoo Extensive, hands-on experience with high-end DSLR cameras, lenses, lighting, audio equipment and accessories for photo/video productiono Mastery of advanced camera operations, settings, and techniques for capturing top quality photography and videography contento In-depth knowledge of camera formats, codecs, and workflows for efficient media ingest and post-productiono Expertise in relevant Adobe Creative Suite applicationso Experience managing digital asset libraries• Desiredo Associate degree (or higher) in Multimedia Design, Visual Design, Photography, Videography, Film/Video Production, or related fieldo Part 107 drone pilot certification, and aerial media capture experienceo Digital content experience in the automotive or manufacturing industrieso Experience creating AR and/or VR content experiences
