The Marketing Coordinator will provide marketing and project management support in the delivery of credit card marketing campaigns. Attention to detail is important to make sure that all communications are clear and in compliance with regulations. Monitoring campaign deliverables is also important to meet accuracy, budget and schedule goals. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational, editing, and proofreading skills and be detail-oriented.

ResponsibilitiesAs our Marketing Coordinator, you will:

Assist the Digital Marketing Team with project deliverables for marketing campaigns conducted through email and/or digital channels that offer credit cards to consumers.

Assist in campaign audits and maintenance of our marketing web sites for the accuracy of marketing copy, disclosures, and product pricing, meeting all regulatory requirements.

Assist with the implementation of various projects and process improvements as well as brainstorming new marketing tactics.

Utilize online tools and software to review activity and monitor for compliance with Concora Credit standards as well as with laws & regulations.

Maintain day-to-day relationships with marketing partners/vendors and facilitate project or task completion in partnership with the partners.

Review reports for trends or anomalies and summarize findings for others in the department.

Assist with the implementation of various projects and process improvements.

Meet regularly with the marketing team to support the deliverables that are needed to meet project schedule

You will meet project schedules as they pertain to launching, tracking, and monitoring campaigns. Strong oral, written and presentation skills are required. You will be responsible for coordinating complex projects.

QualificationsRequirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

Previous marketing coordinator experience strongly preferred.

Demonstrable writing/editing skills and intermediate to advanced skills using Excel, Word and PowerPoint required.

Must possess attention to detail, strong interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to analyze data. Must be able to work independently or in a team.
