Responsibilities:Design new concepts and designs for Bath and Body Works' Home category products (hand soaps, candles, sanitizers).Deliver brand-right designs aligning with defined themes and seasonal strategies.Research fashion trends and consumer needs to uphold brand integrity.Create Design Turn Overs (DTO) and finalize artwork for production hand-off.Review mechanical artwork for final design approval.Requirements:Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.Ability to present and explain design concepts effectively.Strong trend curation skills, adapting trends to fit Bath and Body Works' brand style.Team player with flexibility, strong multitasking abilities, and attention to detail.Positive attitude and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Metasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
